We accept credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express), checks, wire transfers and purchase orders. Purchase Orders are accepted from D&B registered companies or known brand leaders only; otherwise credit approval is required. Please contact us if you wish to arrange for a P.O.
How do you get the information for your reports?
We begin with so-called “secondary research,” examining all publicly available resources: relevant trade publications, the Internet and product literature from individual companies and general industry sources. This research is supplemented by financial information searches in national and local sources, including several specialized directories.
Our special strength lies in our primary research. We contact industry trade associations and government agencies, visit trade shows, and, most importantly, conduct extensive personal interviews with senior industry executives in marketing, product management, technical and other functional areas.

In what formats are your reports available?
Our reports are in PDF format. Print copies on request at additional cost.
Your reports are priced at a premium. Why?
We do not just “rehash” existing information—we do our own original research to compile hard factual information, often not available elsewhere. The data is then analyzed by long-time industry experts and presented in a meaningful format, requiring a dedicated team of specialists working over an extended period of time. We believe our reports are very cost-effective, considering the time and effort our clients would need to expend to assemble and analyze the information themselves.
I got an e-mail about a report and the price is different from that on your website. Why?
We often offer discounts when we release a new report or when we run other special promotions. If you receive an e mail offering a discount and wish to order online, there will be a coupon code in the e-mail and/or on the website’s product page to enter as part of the check-out process. If you wish to order by phone or have any questions about discounts, please call us at (209) 521-0155 and we will make sure you receive the appropriate discount(s).
Can my company buy a report and make copies to share within our organization?
Our reports are the result of hard work and dedication. We ask that you respect our copyright and purchase a multi-user license if you wish others in your company to have access to this information.
Reports are for the sole use of the company that is ordering the report, or its group or division. If you disseminate the contents to other groups or divisions in your organization, or to outside associates, you must pay a multi-user fee.
How often do you update your reports?
Most reports are updated on a two- or three-year cycle, although we have no set schedule for updating any given report. We take several factors into consideration when we decide to update a report, including customer inquiries, activity in a given sector—such as mergers and acquisitions—and proximity to specialized trade shows. If you are interested in an update of any report, please let us know and we will consider your input when planning our publication schedule.
I need information on a particular type of vehicle but you don’t have a report on that segment. Can you help?
Please call or e-mail us to discuss your needs. It is possible we may already be working on a publication in your area of interest. Or, if enough clients express interest in a segment we have not covered, we will consider adding it to our research schedule. In addition, we have many years of consulting experience in this industry, and welcome inquiries on custom research projects.
