His early work experience was in London from where he managed global consulting projects and led a pioneering effort to quantify the diesel engine market in every country, resulting in the development of a world-wide industry database. Using this knowledge, he participated in a consortium for a leveraged buy-out acquisition of a leading engine camshaft manufacturer—that was profitably divested. Subsequently, Brij was engaged in business development for Racor Industries (Parker Hannifin Corporation).

As founder of SpecialtyResearch.net, Brij has led several assignments in market and competition investigations, M&As and divestitures.
