In business for over 30 years, SRN has the wide expertise and knowledge to undertake extensive endeavors for dedicated projects in the global transportation/vehicular space.

SRN’s work addresses the business information needs of executives in strategic, marketing, acquisition/mergers, and related managerial positions, through the development of customized consultation on a project-specific basis, as well as through ready “off the shelf” proprietary publications and databases.

SRN’s forte is excellent interviewing skills and analytical skills, which are essential for virtually any underlying business development strategy and diversification projects. Often, we are able to elicit difficult information that is not available elsewhere.

For the modest investment in SRN’s services, our clients have achieved profit goals and developed strategic direction with a payback of many times the cost of our services.

The firm was founded by Brij M. Madan. Brij is a seasoned professional with core skills in strategy, marketing, research, business development and M & A. He graduated from the London School of Economics (“LSE”) for his undergraduate diploma, followed by an MBA at the Graduate Business School at Columbia University, New York.

His early work experience was in a thriving European consulting environment, including the business research unit of the famed British political economy magazine The Economist. From the London hub, he managed global consulting projects serving blue chip clients in the industrial, vehicular, machinery and related industries, leading a pioneering effort to quantify the diesel engine market in every country, resulting in the development of a world-wide industry database. Using this knowledge, he participated in a consortium for a leveraged buy-out acquisition of a leading engine camshaft manufacturer—that was profitably divested.

Subsequently, Brij was engaged in business development for Racor industries, a world leader in specialty filtration devices, now a subsidiary of Parker Hannifin Corporation. He conducted numerous assignments for Racor/Parker, ranging from market investigations to sales, marketing, bolt-on acquisitions, divestitures, and distribution assignments worldwide.

Brij serves as a director on the board of a number of small and mid-size companies, where his services are valued as a Strategy, Finance, Market Planning and middle market M&A adviser.

SRN is associated with a network of experienced global staff; each analyst is a highly seasoned market research professional with numerous projects to their credit through work credentials in top-notch consultancy and corporate environments.
